Responsibilities
- Performance Management Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive performance management strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Design and implement performance management frameworks, including performance metrics, targets, and KPIs across departments and functions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and communicate performance expectations, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
- Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement by establishing performance review processes and feedback mechanisms.
- Data Analytics and Insights:
- Establish data analytics capabilities and methodologies to collect, analyze, and interpret performance data.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate performance trends, patterns, and insights.
- Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize resource allocation, and drive operational efficiencies.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams based on performance analytics.
- Performance Reporting and Communication:
- Develop and implement performance reporting mechanisms, including regular performance reviews, scorecards, and executive summaries.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather and consolidate performance data from different sources.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting key findings, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with communication teams to ensure effective communication of performance results and goals throughout the organization.
- Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement initiatives based on performance insights.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive problem-solving and process optimization efforts.
- Monitor and track the progress of improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with performance goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to teams in implementing continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to align performance goals with strategic objectives.
- Facilitate performance discussions and goal-setting sessions to ensure clarity and alignment across the organization.

Qualifications
Experience : 4 to 8 years of proven experience in performance management, analytics, or business intelligence roles.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
