Job Purpose:This position will be responsible for facilitating sales operations in bunkering through effective interdepartmental liaison, client relationship management, contract management, data reporting, and strategic digitization and automation initiatives

Responsibilities

Sales Support Executive

Sales Support and Customer Engagement

• Liaison between the sales, operations and finance departments to guarantee smooth sales operations for bunkering business
• Maintain and build upon relationships with existing clients and new customer acquisition
• Responsible to support sales team and manage back-end operations
  
  

Contract Management

• Manage IRM and deal portal ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the sales team
• Seek necessary approvals, as per Delegation of Authority (DOA), for any deviations to standard contracts, maintaining compliance with established protocols
  
  

Data / MIS Reporting and System Update

• Design and generate regular sales reports for internal stakeholders to inform on performance metrics.
• Analyse sales data and forecast reports, providing insights for sales strategy optimization for bunkering business
• Maintain other multiple database such as sales performance, customer data, inventory, customer satisfaction and perform analysis as required
• Ensure accuracy of data on a real time basis in the systems
  
  

Digitisation and Automation

• Support comprehensive digitization strategies to optimise operational efficiency
• Innovate and implement automation solutions to Support overall organisational goals / strategy

Qualifications

Education Qualification:

MBA or Post Graduation

Work Experience (Range Of Years)

3+ years of experience
