We are looking for an experienced Documentum Developer with strong expertise in OpenText Documentum and Java/J2EE to support development, customization, and enhancement initiatives. The candidate will work closely with customers and IT stakeholders and act as a key contributor within the development team.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize OpenText Documentum solutions
- Work on application development and enhancements using Java/J2EE
- Perform configuration and customization of Documentum components
- Collaborate with customers, business users, and IT teams to understand requirements
- Act as a key contributor in development and enhancement projects
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Support issue analysis, debugging, and resolution as required
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in OpenText Documentum
- Strong development experience in Java / J2EE
- Proven expertise in Documentum customization and development
- Ability to interact effectively with customers and cross‑functional IT teams
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
