SENIOR ENGINEER - Network Operations (NOC)

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer Network Operations with 3+ years of experience in Network Operations Center (NOC), Service Delivery, and Enterprise Infrastructure Management. 

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting globally distributed network infrastructures, backbone and datacenter connectivity, and business-critical enterprise networks across multiple geographic regions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise network environments to ensure high availability, performance, and operational excellence. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to deliver reliable network services.

The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in Cisco, Juniper/BTI, Dell, Cisco Meraki, Aruba Silver Peak, and Cisco Viptela SD-WAN technologies, with advanced knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS (L2/L3 VPN), VRF, IPsec VPN, routing, switching, and WAN technologies. 

The role involves providing support for enterprise network operations, including proactive monitoring, advanced troubleshooting, incident and problem management, carrier coordination, outage restoration, change implementation, circuit provisioning, and maintaining high service availability within a 24x7 operational environment.

Strong proficiency in Network Performance Monitoring (NPM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and CRM platforms, including SolarWinds, ServiceNow, ManageEngine, and Salesforce, is required. 

Preferred certifications include CCNA
