Mechanical maintenance activities in manufacturing plant.
- Maintenance hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
- Trouble shooting/Maintenance of Material Conveyors / Bucket elevators / Screw feeders/ Gearboxes, Pumps /Compressors/ blowers etc.
- Shaft/ coupling alignment of rotary equipment.
- Conveyor belt jointing process- Hot and Cold
- Breakdown analysis and CAPA
- Develop Corrective and Preventive actions of repeated equipment failures
- Responsible for the various mechanical department related contracting (out-sourced) jobs.
- Responsible for Mechanical Department related WCM (World Class Manufacturing) projects, Kaizen
- Knowledge on LOCK OUT – TAGOUT & ensuring 100% compliance on the same.
- To execute projects identified for increasing productivity & reliability of equipment's.
- To execute projects for cost reduction & EHS improvements.
- Modification works for improving reliability of equipment and Spare part management.
