Hiring OSCP-certified penetration testers for client-facing security testing engagements. Looking for strong hands-on professionals who can independently perform testing and deliver high-quality reports.

Key Skills (Must Have)

• OSCP Certification (Mandatory)
• Web Application Security Testing (OWASP Top 10)
• API Security Testing
• Network / Infrastructure Penetration.
• Strong exploitation & privilege escalation skills
• Tools: Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit

Experience Required

• 2–8 years in penetration testing / offensive security
• Hands-on experience (not just tool-based scanning)
• Experience in writing client-ready VAPT reports

Selection Process

• Hands-on lab test (OSCP-style) 48-hour challenge + report submission
