Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all plant equipment to ensure maximum uptime.
- Coordinate with PPC and Production teams to plan and schedule maintenance activities.
- Manage spare parts planning, consumption tracking, and inventory optimization.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment servicing, repairs, and AMCs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and internal/external audit norms.
- Maintain documentation, prepare maintenance reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S, and RCA.
- Lead and execute special projects related to equipment upgrades, automation, and efficiency improvements.

- Assigns tasks to and coordinates work with entry-level engineers, technicians, or administrative staff.
- Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies
Requirements And Preferred Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 10years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the Tire or Belt manufacturing industry.
- Strong handson experience with machines and utility equipment (Calendering,Builder,Cure vessel,SPM,Compressors, Chillers, Boilers, HVAC, Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems, etc.).
- Excellent troubleshooting, problemsolving, and analytical abilities.
- Good knowledge of maintenance systems such as TPM, CMMS .
- Willingness to work in shifts whenever required.
- Strong communication, vendor management, and coordination skills
