Managing Learning Management Systems like SuccessFactors LMS /Schoox and Benchmax.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering or B/Tech
5 + Years of Experience
Below is the list for must have:
- Experience in HR systems /SuccessFactors Employee Central and LMS Systems.
- Level 2 support for LMS systems in SuccessFactors LMS or Schoox or other LMS systems.
- Experience in handling stake holders and vendors.
- Experience in addressing and resolving LMS issues and queries raised by users and other support teams.
- Good understanding of application integration.
- Experience in Service Now ticketing tool.
- Experience in change management process.
Good to have below skills:
- Experience in LMS configuration and good understanding of interfacing application including HR Systems.
- LMS Certified
- Presentation and Reporting skills.
