Salesforce L2 Support Specialist

Years of Experience: 3-5 Years

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce L2 Support Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong L2 and L3 support skills for Salesforce, ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our Salesforce environment. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our users.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L2 and L3 support for Salesforce applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Conduct regular system audits and maintenance to ensure data integrity and compliance with best practices.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and user guides related to Salesforce functionalities.
  • Train and support end-users on Salesforce features and best practices to enhance user adoption.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features, evaluating their potential impact on existing processes.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong L2 and L3 support experience in Salesforce.
  • Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Experience with Salesforce data management, including data import/export and data quality best practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator).
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce reporting and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce support and administration.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving Salesforce-related issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
