Role: Reliance Carbon Fiber - Maintenance - Sr. Engineer - Instrumentation
Education: Bachelors Degree in Instrumentation Engineering
Experience: 7 to 13 years
Job Description
- Daily / weekly resource planning (Manpower, spare parts, maintenance services), monitoring & reporting.
- Daily review of Instrument maintenance effectiveness & efficiency.
- Lead shut down , Preventive & Predictive Instrument maintenance planning.
- Participate & Promote GAMBA walk.
- Participate in Task force / Problem solving / Execution of work packages.
- Monitor MTBF/ MTTR of all critical equipments & define improvement actions.
- Identify & eliminate recurring Instrument maintenance issues.
- Shared responsibility for OEE & OTIF with production & technology head.
- Ensure all Instrument maintenance activities are well documented through maintenance management system (PM module), and equipment manual (History) / hand books are up to date.
- Calibration & Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of instruments.
- Technical data management (backup, traceability & retrieval).
- Ensure proper hand over of the equipment / machines after maintenance is over including cleaning / insulation / claddings etc.
Preferred Experience
- Professional having Bachelor's Degree in Instrument Engineering from a reputed university with proven academic records.
- 8 to 12+ years of working experience in leading Instrument maintenance team in a manmade fiber manufacturing / similar operations.
- Managing Acrylic Fiber Manufacturing process.
- Exposures in high temperature equipment & heavy rotary equipment's.
- Exposures in handling a large group of manpower in a cross cultural ambience.
- Experience of leading an Instrument maintenance team with continuous processes and 24/7 shift rotation
