Senior Engineer - Instrumentation & Controls

Bachelors / Masters in Instrumentation and control Engineering with 7 to 10 Years Industry Experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Failure Modes and Effects Analysis

Susceptibility Analysis

Software Hazard Analysis

Develop Ovation logic Controls Logics & HMI in DCS/PLC as per customer requirement.

Developing Ovation Graphics in DCSPLC HMI systems based on P&IDs and graphic specifications

Ovation Database I/O

Review of Functional requirements, generation of System Design Specification, preparation of Technical Reports & Generate Requirement Traceability Matrix.

Capture functional requirements from the design documents.

Hardware Engineering (Cabinet Layout and Wiring Diagrams)

OPAL Testing

Create Test Documents and Preparation of Control test cases/Instructions and perform logic & graphics testing.

Power, Weight and Heat Load Calculations and Documentation

Combustibility Analysis

System Engineering & Cabinet Engineering

Shall interact with other stakeholders and discipline engineers to understand and implement design interfaces in assigned project

We should follow the defined QC process and ensure the executed work meets QC requirements.

Shall be ready and enthusiastic to learn new design tools and techniques and be flexible in working on different projects and with diverse teams.

Shall work to meet defined productivity benchmarks and meet project delivery requirements.
