Position Overview:

Job Summary: -We are hiring a dynamic & results-driven Engineer with extensive experience in commercial real estate projects, responsible for leading engineering design, construction oversight, and project management for high-value developments. Adept at coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

7+ years of experience in engineering roles within commercial real estate.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other civil engineering tools.

Experience working with developers, consultants, and government agencies.

Familiarity with LEED certification and green building standards.

Deep understanding of commercial real estate development lifecycle.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Detail Profile

Execution of commercial real estate developments including office buildings, retail spaces, and mixed-use complexes.

Monitor site construction activities to ensure compliance with design, safety, quality standards and project timelines.

Implement QA/QC procedures and ensure adherence to safety norms.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and cost-effectiveness.

Manage procurement of materials and services, optimizing cost and efficiency.

Proficient at coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and zoning laws.

Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage budgets, and report to senior leadership.

Implement sustainable engineering practices and energy-efficient solutions in building design and operations.
