Job Description

Join us as a Senior Software Technical Lead and become the technical cornerstone of our product development team. You'll shape technical strategy, drive architecture decisions, and ensure we deliver solutions that are innovative, reliable, and aligned with customer needs.

What will you do

  • Serve as technical single point of contact for the SQUAD, leading design decisions across the product lifecycle
  • Influence technical direction and architecture to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and business-aligned
  • Define technical efforts and manage technical debt to achieve sprint deliverables and long-term goals
  • Lead product verification activities including testing and validation to meet customer requirements and quality standards

What are the key skills we are looking for

  • Architectural Patterns — intermediate level; designing scalable and maintainable software architectures
  • Software Design — intermediate level; creating robust solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements
  • Software Testing — intermediate level; ensuring quality through comprehensive verification strategies
  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment — intermediate level; implementing automated pipelines for reliable delivery
  • Design for Safety and Reliability — intermediate level; building systems that meet stringent safety and performance standards
  • Cybersecurity — intermediate level; integrating security best practices into software design and implementation
  • Problem Solving — intermediate level; breaking down complex technical challenges into actionable solutions
  • Project Management Methodologies — intermediate level; coordinating technical activities within agile frameworks
