Job Description
Key Responsibilities
IAM Operations
- Maintain identity data quality by investigating and resolving missing or inconsistent attributes
- Manage identity lifecycle processes (Joiner/Mover/Leaver), ensuring timely access deprovisioning
- Identify and remediate orphan accounts by mapping accounts to the correct identities
- Execute and monitor User Access Reviews (SOX/PCI support)
- Support RBAC model validation and entitlement analysis
Automation & Technical Support
- Support automation of manual IAM activities using scripting and workflow tools
- Develop and maintain basic scripts (Python, PowerShell, or similar) for reporting and reconciliation
- Write SQL queries for reporting, data validation, and access reconciliation
- Partner with DevOps and infrastructure teams to support IAM integrations and issue resolution
Cloud & IGA Support
- Support AWS IAM and other cloud access controls
- Maintain and enhance IGA platform configurations (e.g., Saviynt, SailPoint)
- Assist with onboarding applications into the IGA ecosystem
- Support cloud entitlement reviews and least privilege enforcement
Collaboration
- Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to support IAM initiatives
- Assist in improving IAM processes, documentation, and controls
- Contribute to IAM projects in an Agile environment
- Qualifications
- 46+ years of experience in IAM or Information Security Operations
- Hands-on experience with:
- AWS IAM
- IGA platforms (e.g., Saviynt, SailPoint)
- SQL (reporting and data validation)
- Basic scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar)
- Microsoft Excel (analyzing large account/access datasets)
- GitHub or similar version control tools
- Experience executing and supporting User Access Reviews
- Strong understanding of Information Security principles (RBAC, least privilege, segregation of duties)
- Knowledge of Active Directory/LDAP and authentication/authorization concepts
- Experience supporting SOX and/or PCI audits
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Security, or related field
- Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, AWS Security Specialty) are a plus
