About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer I – Civil & Structural to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in structural design and analysis, along with experience delivering engineering solutions for industrial and plant projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Civil & Structural Engineers/Designers.
• Develop and deliver structural design solutions for industrial and plant projects.
• Review and verify 3D models, 2D drawings, structural calculations and design documents.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for design reviews and clash detection.
• Ensure structural stability, constructability, quality and timely project delivery.
• Support project estimation, planning, execution, risk management and change management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in Civil & Structural Engineering.
• Strong expertise in structural design and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with STAAD.Pro, RAM Structural System, Robot Structural Analysis or similar structural analysis tools.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and 3D modelling.
• Strong understanding of international design codes, particularly US and SEA standards.
• Experience with industrial/plant projects is highly preferred.
• Strong coordination, team management and design review capabilities.
