Experienced Senior Engineer with strong technical expertise in Solar Module Manufacturing, Production Engineering, and Process Optimization. Proficient in managing high-volume production lines while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards in a manufacturing environment.
Key Roles & Technical Responsibilities:
Supervised end-to-end solar module production processes including lamination, framing, stringing, layup, and final inspection
Monitored critical process parameters to maintain product quality and minimize rework and rejection rates
Diagnosed machine breakdowns and performed root cause analysis (RCA) to reduce downtime
Implemented corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for process improvements
Optimized production workflow to enhance line efficiency and throughput
