Senior Engineer- Global Technology Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune environments.
• Develop and deploy endpoint solutions, including application packaging and distribution.
• Manage Windows OS deployments and troubleshoot all aspects of Configuration Manager.
• Maintain performance and health of Configuration Manager deployment.
• Create and manage task sequences, troubleshoot task sequence failures, and create technical documents and SOPs.
• Administer, integrate, and co-manage Intune-SCCM/MECM.
• Set up policies in Intune and manage device management with Intune MDM.
• Handle Windows 10/11 security and management, including BitLocker and MBAM.
• Manage Windows 10/11 driver management and GPO.
• Perform Windows 10/11 image management with MDT integration and without MDT.
• Troubleshoot core applications and patch deployment issues.
• Provide in-depth expertise in Autopilot, WCD, co-management, conditional access, device policies, and MAM for iOS and Android.
• Understand and work with Azure Active Directory and network security.
• Support Windows 10/11 and the O365 Office suite of programs.
• Set up SCCM servers, distribution servers, and site servers.
• Manage WSUS and patch management using SCCM.
• Work with GPOs and handle package distribution, patch management, and release management troubleshooting.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Science or related field (BE/B.Tech/MCA/B.Sc.).
• 8-10 years of experience in deploying and administering SCCM and Intune Co-Management.
• In-depth knowledge of SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM issues.
• Proven experience in application packaging and deployment using various tools.
• Experience with virtualization and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and VBScript.
• Understanding of ITIL framework operational environment.
• Experience with core infrastructure services and functions (ADFS, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, PKI, LDAP, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently and coordinate tasks among teams.
• Experience in setting up and managing SCCM and Intune environments on a global scale.
• Knowledge of Windows Automated Installation Kit (AIK), MDT, DISM, WCD, and USMT.
