About The Role
Key Business Expertise
- Endpoint Management Technologies: MECM, Manage Engine, Microsoft Intune.
- Knowledge of Citrix NetScaler, XenDesktop 7.x & XenApp 6.5
- Deliver Remote Desktops and Apps from Azure with Windows Virtual Desktop.
- Remote Access Technologies: Direct Access, Always On VPN, Third Party VPN.
- Platforms: Windows 10, Apple macOS, Android & iOS.
- Application Packaging Technologies: MSI, MSIX, App-V.
- Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP Networking, AGPM, Home & Roaming Profiles, IE Security, Application Controls.
- Patch & Software Deployment, basic understanding of application packaging & deployment.
- Experience OS migration, Image engineering & OSD.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
- Knowledge of driver installation and hardware support within Windows operating systems.

- Experience working with global teams on projects.

- Administering incidents and changes. Pro-actively identify and resolve problems.
- Escalation for in-region vendor management issues.
- Each technology portfolio group would be responsible for defining the product roadmap and agreeing with IT Architecture / Infra teams, and business stakeholders.
- Exception management for changes/deviations to standard service (in conjunction with existing policies)
- Impact assessment for any direct or dependent service changes.
