Senior Engineer - GISOCC Business IS

Responsibilities

Basis Operation

• A strong troubleshooting skillsets in BASIS topics
• Should have strong experience in SAP ECC, PO and SAP hana administration
• Experience in system DB refresh and kernel upgrades
• Transport order management(TO import , import issues troubleshooting)
• Printer management (install, modification, troubleshooting etc.)
• SAP batch job management (create, modify, monitor, troubleshooting etc.)
• PO monitoring and troubleshooting from basis perspective (inflow/outflow messages)
• SAP marketplace management (S-user account creation, OSS connection, diagnosis etc.)
• Conduct/coordinate DRP drill with outsourcer
• Support for internal/external audit

Authorization Management

• User authorization issues and Security topics troubleshooting skillset
• Working knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP security management
• SAP user creation/modification
• SAP user lock/unlock
• User role assignment
• Segregation of duty audit(LSF)

SAP project support

• Support Valeo SAP projects in addition to application maintenance

Other

• Strong communication skills to lead and drive drive topics independently
• Monthly dashboard reporting
• Vendor (infrastructure outsourcing) communication and support SAP infrastructure related activities
