Senior Engineer Finishes

We are looking for a Senior Engineer - Finishes with atleast 8 years of experience to oversee and manage finishing works for a premium villa project carried out by a reputed and rapidly growing real estate developer in Hyderabad. The organization is known for delivering premium residential and commercial projects with a strong legacy of quality, innovation, and customer-centricity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all finishing activities for villa projects, including flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceilings, joinery, façade finishes, and interior works.
• Ensure execution of finishing works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor daily site activities, manpower deployment, and subcontractor performance to achieve project milestones.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure superior workmanship and timely rectification of defects.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, procurement teams, and project stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Review material requirements and ensure timely availability of finishing materials at site.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction and project execution, with significant exposure to finishing works in villa, luxury residential, or premium housing projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction methodologies, quality standards, and site execution practices.
• Experience in managing contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and interior drawings.
