Role: Reliance Carbon Fiber - Operations - Sr. Operational Excellence Engineer
Education: Masters/Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Safety and Environment Engineering
Experience: 7 to 10 years
Job Description
- Translation of Reliance & statutory environment & sustainability regulations into practical internal procedures.
- Develop & make available systems & tools for environmental & sustainability training.
- Plan & monitor execution of environmental & sustainability audit.
- Ensure timely sharing of reports within Reliance & to statutory authorities.
- Closely monitoring & reporting of environmental & sustainability performance across the Site (Audits, KPIs etc.).
- Ensure emergency response plan is up to date & regular emergency drills are performed.
- Maintain & keep up to date the Product Safety Data Sheet of the Raw materials / auxiliary chemicals & products.
- Responsible for effective & efficient on site waste management.
- Drive improvement work package to enhance environmental & sustainability performance of the site.
- Keep abreast with the latest developments & improvements regarding PPEs, environmental & sustainability methods & tools.
- Promote continuous learning & knowledge enhancement through acquiring internal & external latest HSEF practices & learning from incidents.
Preferred Experience
- Professional having Bachelor's degree in Environment Engineering from a reputed university. Or
- Bachelor with industrial diploma in HSEF along with proven track record in Enviroment
- 8 to 10 years of experience in managing site Environment processes preferably with manmade fiber manufacturing industry.
- Exposures and network in acrylic fiber, CF and composite community. Experience in handling hazardous process Safety.
- Experience of guiding a chemical / manmade fiber site with respect to Safety & compliance.
