Senior Engineer/ Engineer

• Lead assigned electrical engineering and installation packages from planning through completion.
• Review designs, drawings, specifications, and installation proposals to ensure technical compliance.
• Apply relevant electrical codes, standards, and building-services requirements to project execution.
• Lead site coordination with the main contractor, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor installation quality, progress, manpower, materials, and equipment within assigned packages.
• Resolve technical and site issues proactively and provide practical engineering solutions.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings and interfaces with other disciplines to minimise rework.
• Manage inspection, testing, rectification, and close-out of electrical works.
• Support the Electrical Manager in planning, resource coordination, client meetings, and project reporting.
• Coach engineers and junior team members while identifying improved technologies and installation methods.
