Liquid Cooling | Thermal Management

Experience: 2-5 Years

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering Role Purpose

Responsible for the electrical and electronics engineering , including electrical architecture, power distribution, controls, sensors, wiring, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate and high-quality engineering drawings and harness layouts based on requirements received from internal stakeholders or external customers.
  • Develop, update, and maintain the Bill of Materials (BOM) for electrical components across multiple product lines.
  • Co-ordinate with component vendors to identify, evaluate, and qualify alternate supply sources.
  • Provide hands-on engineering support during prototyping and production activities at the manufacturing plant across multiple product lines.
  • Partner closely with the Controls engineering team to ensure seamless integration of electrical and control systems.
  • Interface with external certification bodies to drive product approvals and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with regional and global engineering teams within and outside the organization.
  • Proficiency in electrical engineering drawing tools such as EPLAN, Solid Edge, or Creo is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop wiring diagrams and harness designs.
  • Sound knowledge of electrical components commonly used in Pumps, VFDs, Fans, Transformers, SMPS, Relays, Actuators, PLC systems, and Sensors.
  • Hands-on experience in electrical component selection and qualification of alternate vendor components.
  • Ability to support prototype development and validation of electrical panel assemblies.
  • Working knowledge of international electrical safety and compliance standards, including CE and UL.
  • Understanding of electrical and control component integration principles.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) processes and tools, including BOM creation and Engineering Change management.

Technical Skill Sets

Proficiency in electrical engineering drawing tools such as EPLAN, Solid Edge, or Creo is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to develop wiring diagrams and harness designs.

  • Sound knowledge of electrical components commonly used in Pumps, VFDs, Fans, Transformers, SMPS, Relays, Actuators, PLC systems, and Sensors.
  • Hands-on experience in electrical component selection and qualification of alternate vendor components.
  • Ability to support prototype development and validation of electrical panel assemblies.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in Liquid Cooling, HVAC, Thermal Management, Data Center Cooling, or similar products.
  • Experience with pumps, valves, sensors, controllers, or fluid-handling systems.
  • Exposure to product testing, troubleshooting, and manufacturing support.
