Position Summary

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven professional with strong experience in Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Dashboard Development.

Key Skills required

Development experience in C#, Tableau, Power BI, Grafana, SSRS reports Development, Data Analytics, HR Analytics, OT/IT Integration, ETL, Smart Factory & Digital Transformation Solutions, Manufacturing Analytics.

Exposure to PLC, DCS, SCADA Systems, OPC Servers, Industry 4.0, IIoT, OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, OT/IT Integration, Smart Factory & Digital Transformation Solutions will be an added advantage

Job description

• Gather and understand business requirements from stakeholders across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations functions.
• Convert business requirements into meaningful KPIs, actionable insights, reports, and executive dashboards.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using C#,Tableau, Power BI, and Grafana.
• Build and optimize ETL processes, data models, and reporting frameworks.
• Create real-time and historical analytics solutions by integrating data from enterprise and industrial systems.
• Develop Manufacturing, Supply Chain, HR, and Performance Analytics dashboards.
• Analyze trends, identify improvement opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations to business leaders.
• Collaborate with OT and IT teams for seamless integration between industrial systems and analytics platforms.
• Work with PLC, DCS, SCADA systems, OPC Servers, and Industry 4.0 platforms to collect and analyze operational data.
• Support Smart Factory, Industry 4.0, and Digital Transformation initiatives across the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Instrumentation, Electronics, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, Dashboard Development, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation projects.
• Experience working in Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Smart Factory, or Industry 4.0 environments is highly preferred.
