Senior Engineer - Digital Network & Security

Role Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for network devices.
2. Monitor CPU, memory, and disk utilization, generate reports, and track assets.
3. Install/uninstall software, handle upgrades, and ensure anti-virus updates.
4. Follow the escalation matrix, ensure SLA adherence, and provide shift handover reports.

Job Requirements:

1. Any graduate degree.
2. Certification in CCNA Routing and Switching.
3. Experience in troubleshooting and managing network-related issues.
4. Proficiency in network monitoring tools and process compliance.
