Role Description
The Senior Engineer – Design and Costing (Cable) will be responsible for designing cables, performing cost estimations, and conducting engineering analysis for current and future product lines. The role includes developing product designs using computer-aided design software, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize designs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad, requiring close coordination with manufacturing and project teams to support the development and implementation of innovative and efficient cable solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design
- Strong background in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across multi-disciplinary teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field); a Master's degree is a plus
- Experience in the cable, telecom, or manufacturing industries is highly advantageous
