Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To be involved in the planning and designing of civil and structural engineering works
- To prepare design and technical specifications for tenders as well as tender documents for the bidding of civil and structural engineering projects
- To supervise in the civil and structural works
- To collaborate with peers in other disciplines in feasibility study and design, and ensure delivery of quality service for clients
- To manage and lead a team of engineers
- To perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University accredited with the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with design and consultancy experience.
- Strong in design and coordination skills in Civil and Structural projects.
- Conversant with international, Eurocode or local codes and regulations as well as submission procedures.
- Knowledge of CAD (AutoCad or Microstation), BIM (REVIT) and civil engineering design software is necessary.
- Good project management and organisational skills. Candidates who have been involved from the beginning to the end of a project will be preferred.
- Possess the drive and positive attitude towards work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
