Senior Engineer, Civil Structures, REC

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and review of structural deliverables, including calculations, drawings, and 3D models for bridge projects.
• Ensure technical correctness, compliance with project standards, and timely delivery of design documents.
• Supervise Assistant Engineers, Design Engineers, and modeling teams in executing complex structural tasks.
• Participate in bridge design development and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including drafting and BIM specialists.
• Perform advanced structural analysis using computer-based modelling tools.
• Review and validate engineering outputs to ensure quality and design integrity.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, supporting their technical and professional development.
• Provide inputs to team leads for resource planning, skill development, and team performance improvement.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and enhance efficiency in design processes.
