We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer - Civil & Structures to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in civil and structural engineering, leading projects from conception through completion while ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and analyze civil and structural engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure project quality and adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and interns.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in civil and structural engineering.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD Pro).
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements in India.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
