Senior Engineer-Civil(EPC)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing EPC Tendering Dept.
• Review and Summary for Substation Tender Document/Specification
• Attending the Site Visit, Kick off meeting and meeting with Client for Tendering
• Define & Evaluating Competitors / competitive position
• Making overall tendering schedule for Substation EPC tender.
• BOQ and Work Scope define to request quotation to vendors and sub-contractors and review for final BOQ received from Design team.
• Coordination with Tendering design team or sub-contractors to make Basic design and BOQ for tendering
• Making Inquiry, receiving & clarification quotation and negotiation with sub-vendor and contractors
• Making proposal document (Overall project schedule, organization chart, technical data and drawing received from Vendors and other required document for Tender).
• Costing / budgetary for complete Substation EPC project
• Evaluate project risk
• Review tender result / Hand-over successful bid to the project team.

Requirements

Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Managing and Coordination Design team and evaluating sub-vendors and sub-contractors for substation materials and works.
• Knowledge of costing of overall substation project and risk
• Knowledge of equipment and all related works for substation.
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years experience
• MS-Office(Excel, Word, Power Point), Auto CAD(Printing and minor edit), MS-Project or Primavera
• Managing or coordination for Min. 1 No. of substation construction execution
