Senior Engineer (Civil)

Role & Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the execution of residential high-rise projects from inception to completion, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Implement and supervise the high-quality construction, ensuring adherence to Mivan shuttering procedures and best practices.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards, and address any quality-related issues promptly.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, while maintaining accurate records of resource usage and project progress.
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety regulations and standards, conducting safety audits and promoting a culture of safety awareness among all project team members.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and project schedules, and provide regular updates to senior management on project status, challenges, and achievements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Mivan shuttering on-site, and optimize resource utilization to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Represent the organization in project meetings, prepare and present project reports and documentation for stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in civil engineering, and ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 0 - 10+ years of experience in managing residential high-rise projects, with proven expertise in Mivan shuttering technology.
• Strong project management and leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as required, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
