Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Cisco Meraki Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Cisco Meraki solutions and will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing our network infrastructure. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations and support.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage Cisco Meraki network solutions, including wireless, switching, and security appliances.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Cisco Meraki solutions with existing infrastructure.
Provide technical support and training to staff on Cisco Meraki products and best practices.
Conduct regular network assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on the latest Cisco Meraki technologies and industry trends to recommend enhancements.
Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in Cisco Meraki solutions, including but not limited to Meraki Dashboard, MR series access points, MS series switches, and MX series security appliances.
Proficient in network design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Experience with network monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
Solid understanding of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Certifications such as Cisco Meraki Certified Network Associate (CMNA) or equivalent.
Experience with cloud-based networking solutions.
Familiarity with network security best practices and tools.
Knowledge of scripting or automation tools for network management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
