Senior Engineer – Camunda Developer

• Camunda BPMN Workflow Development: Design, develop, and implement Camunda BPMN workflows to automate and optimize business processes. Integrate BPMN processes into the SaaS-based, multi-tenant platform, ensuring they align with the platform's architecture and business goals. Build reusable, scalable, and efficient process flows that support various business rules and complex workflows.

• .Net Development & Integration: Utilize your expertise in .Net, .Net Core, and Web API to build and integrate the backend logic required to support Camunda workflows. Collaborate with front-end teams to ensure seamless integration of BPMN-driven processes with the UI components. Implement robust API services for workflow and data interaction with other system components.

• System Optimization & Performance: Ensure high availability and performance optimization of BPMN workflows and their interactions with other parts of the system. Conduct performance tuning and workflow optimization to ensure smooth execution and scalability within a multi-tenant architecture.

• Collaboration & Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the Lead Front-End Engineer, back-end developers, and other cross-functional teams to integrate BPMN workflows with the overall platform. Participate in architectural discussions to ensure best practices for process automation and system integration are followed.

• Agile & Scrum Practices: Work in an Agile environment, participating in Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending and implementing process optimization solutions.

Requirements

• We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Camunda BPMN Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience and expertise in Java technologies. In this role, you will work on integrating Camunda BPMN workflows with a SaaS-based, multi-tenant web platform, supporting key business processes and automation.

• Your experience with Camunda, combined with your proficiency in Java / .Net, will help build scalable, high-performance solutions to streamline workflow management and business process automation for the platform.
