Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Senior Engineer - Billing & Estimation. The responsibilities include preparing and reviewing detailed estimates, managing project budgets, performing cost analyses, and verifying contractor claims. The role requires collaboration with project teams to ensure accurate billing, efficient resource planning, and adherence to project schedules and financial targets.

Educational Qualification

BE Civil / DCE

- Skills for performing Rate Analysis, Data interpretation, Quantities Analysis, Trend Analysis.

- Should have worked on a project site before

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

- Should interpret specifications and drawings to generate quantities

General Tasks & Responsibilities

- Manage & monitoring billing activities

- Be a single point contract for all bill certification, and coordination of bill certification with other departments

- Working out Quantities and Rate Analysis as per the GFC Drawings at Site

- Preparation of BOQ of Items

- Preparation and finalizing master project BOQ

- Checking the Bills according to given Work orders and BOQ's

- Preparation and Maintaining Cost Monitoring Sheet

- Preparing comparative statements

- Rate analysis of material or labour for approval of rate

- Work with the structural consultants and architects to crystalize scope of project estimate

- Preparing Material Reconciliation Report.
