Senior Engineer - Azure Synapse + Snowflake

Position: Azure Synapse Data Engineer 

Purpose of the Position:  Design, develop, and optimize enterprise-scale data engineering solutions for the  business mobility  using Azure Synapse, Snowflake, dbt, and SQL. The role is responsible for building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines, supporting data platform modernization initiatives, and enabling reliable analytics and reporting through scalable data solutions 

Location: Nagpur, Pune. Chennai and Bengaluru 

Type of Employment: Full-time 

Key Result Areas and Activities: 

1: Data Pipeline Development - Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Synapse Analytics.  

2: Data Platform Optimization  - Analyze and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, data models, and processing workflows to improve performance and reliability.  

3: Cloud Data Engineering - Manage data ingestion, transformation, and storage processes using Azure Synapse, ADLS, and Snowflake.  

4: Migration & Modernization - Support Synapse-to-Snowflake/dbt migration activities, ensuring successful implementation and data integrity.  

5: Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance - Collaborate with business and technical teams, follow Agile practices, maintain documentation, and support delivery governance
