Job Summary

Deliver on ReSource Pro's strategic priority in driving more technology innovation, and robotic automation adoption in our Service Delivery Unit's (SDU) daily processing needs. Improve insurance processing efficiency and quality through optimizing processes with automation in mind. Lead and mentor a small development team in order to deliver end to end automation solution. Provide trainings and consulting advice to SDU, to promote the adoption of automation.

Principal Responsibilities

Analyze Processes for Automation Opportunities

Support Service Delivery Unit (SDU) and our clients to simplify and improve their operations, through the use of technology automation, by developing business cases, analyzing clients as-is processes and designing end-to-end automation solution blueprints.

Service Delivery Coaching & Consulting

Support Service Delivery teams, especially large and fast-growing teams, to adopt more automation and innovation in their processes. Deliver in-class workshops or trainings on automation technologies. Mentor SDU colleagues on workflow and robotic automation development, providing advice and guidance on best practices and development techniques. Support the adoption of automation best practices within the SDU division to ensure consistency and control of automation.

Solution Development and Implementation

Design future state solutions which leverage robotic process automation, workflows, platforms, and process redesign to improve the efficiency and quality of a client's end to end business process, while meeting the client's business requirements. Configure scripts, design and implement workflow platforms in order to automate a process. Review scripts created by automation engineers and enforce development best practices in team. Take responsibility of automation deployment and gathering business metrics. Also, complete development, testing, and deployment on schedule without compromising quality.

Project Planning & Execution

Working within project constraints, assist with the planning and execution of assigned division level projects by managing risks, issues, and changes while providing timely status updates and improvement suggestions to Technology management.

Automation Maintenance

Maintain and adapt existing automation processes as part of a structured change control process. Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of automation technologies, and providing timely responses and solutions as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree - Bachelors / Masters
• Working Experience - 10+ years experience in Technology, 3+ years experience in RPA is strongly preferred

• The ideal candidate will have good mix of technology skills, coaching skills, business thinking, insurance process expertise and is client focused
• Has ability to imagine automated solutions and understands a potential future-state process and system design.
• Is capable of designing workflows with the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram as well as to illustrate a written process description as a workflow diagram.
• Can follow a structured and methodical problem solving approach, combined with critical and creative thinking
• Appreciation for development methodologies and best practices (e.g., iterative agile methodologies, change control, source control, project management)
• A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team.
• Leads a small team of automation developers, provides mentoring and reviews their work
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and coaching skills
• Basic Insurance processing knowledge
• Strong experience in development or scripting skills in one of these UiPath and/or Win Automation, along with VBA
• Proficient in Office Programs (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
