Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and execution-focused Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in high-rise residential construction and aluminium formwork systems. The candidate will work closely with senior management and project leadership teams to execute a premium high-rise residential development in Mumbai.

The role requires strong technical understanding, site discipline, safety awareness, contractor coordination, and the ability to manage fast-paced construction cycles.

This position is designed for long-term growth into a leadership role within the organization.

Construction Execution

• Supervise daily RCC and aluminium formwork activities
• Monitor slab cycle timelines and productivity
• Ensure adherence to drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors

Quality Control

• Monitor reinforcement, shuttering, and concreting quality
• Identify and rectify execution issues proactively
• Ensure structural accuracy and alignment

Safety Management

• Enforce site safety protocols and PPE compliance
• Monitor edge protection, safety nets, and work-at-height systems
• Immediately report unsafe practices

Planning & Coordination

• Track labour deployment and productivity
• Coordinate material planning and site logistics
• Support project scheduling and progress tracking

Reporting

• Maintain daily progress reports
• Escalate delays, technical issues, and risks promptly
• Participate in weekly review meetings

Candidate Requirements:
Education

• BE/BTech in Civil Engineering

Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in high-rise residential construction
• Prior exposure to aluminium formwork systems preferred
• Experience in RCC execution mandatory
