Senior Engineer/ Assistant Manager - Process Development

Job Description

Process Development / Improvement:

• Assist in designing and conducting trials to test new processes or modifications to existing processes.
• Collect data and samples, monitor process variable during .process, analysis to evaluate process performance and provide input for improvements / solutions

New / Used Machine Try-Out and Process Establishment:

• Identify and address technical issues or deviations during the MAE try-out and commissioning.
• Prepare reports and documentation summarizing process development activities, findings, and results.
• Collaborate on optimizing processes to improve OEE, reduce IDC & improve FPY.
• Support design of fixtures for quick change over and poke yoke

Competence Development:

• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and bestpractices related to process development, digital technologies,automation etc.

Qualifications

B.E Mechanical/ Mechatronics

Additional Information

Knowledge in Engineering Drawing, Engineering Statistics (Machine & Process Capability), SPC, GD& T, MSA etc.

• Hands on experience and knowledge in manufacturing special processes(Servo Press programming, Screwerprogramming, Leak measurement &testing etc.)
• Knowledge inbasic PLC systems, Hydraulics and Pneumatics system.
• Basic knowledge on standard Digital solutions, competency (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and Emergingtechnologies (Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence)
