Job Description

What You'll Do

The primary responsibility of this role is to design scalable intelligent solutions, lead end-to-end implementation, drive innovation, and deliver measurable business impact while mentoring teams and ensuring high-quality, compliant systems.

  • Performs development and implementation of automation and AI‑enabled tools leveraging digitalization techniques and Python scripting to support business and engineering objectives.
  • Performs analysis, design, and implementation of digital solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and technological maturity.
  • Continuously builds digital skills to simplify work processes, creatively solves problems through digital technologies, leverages data for better insights and decisions, and uses digitalization to enhance speed and effectiveness
  • Take end-to-end ownership of the architectural vision and technical roadmap for digitalization team.
  • Foster cross team innovation by collaborating seamlessly with engineering counterparts.
  • Analytical problem solving- ability to navigate ambiguity, challenge assumptions and translate complex requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
  • Code Quality & Peer review- a commitment to rigorous code reviews focusing on correctness, performance and long-term maintainability.
  • Product Ownership- a holistic view of the software lifecycle, taking responsibility for system health and performance post -deployment
  • Technical Leadership- a track record of influencing technical direction and elevating the engineering capabilities.
  • Advanced technical mastery in object-oriented languages.
  • Versatility in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScrip, or TypeScript to drive automation and tooling efficiency.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's in computer engineering with 7+ years or ME/ M.Tech in Mechanical or related engineering area with 4+ years of engineering experience in relevant domain

  • Proficient in Python based scripting, automation frameworks, and AI enabled digital tools
