Job Description

Lead design, development, and validation of systems, components, or processes in alignment with project requirements
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and cross-functional teams
Conduct feasibility studies, design reviews, and technical risk assessments to support engineering decisions
Create and review technical documentation including drawings, specifications, and test plans
Collaborate with project managers, quality, manufacturing, and procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution
Troubleshoot complex engineering issues and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
Ensure designs comply with applicable industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process optimizations and cost-saving opportunities
Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends relevant to the field
