The ideal candidate will partner with leadership to shape client solutions, strengthen capabilities, and deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise BI and reporting solutions across multiple clients and technology stacks.
- Design and develop insight-driven dashboards by integrating multiple data sources into cohesive analytics solutions.
- Own project lifecycle management from requirements gathering and solution design through deployment and stakeholder adoption.
- Engage directly with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable, best-in-class reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with Data Platform leaders to understand upstream data architecture and ensure seamless integration with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Embed data governance, data quality, and security principles into analytics implementations.
- Partner with global UX/UI teams to design intuitive, high-impact visualizations leveraging full platform capabilities.
- Support business development initiatives, proposal creation, and capability-building efforts with leadership.
Required Experience & Skills
- 811 years of experience in Data Visualization and Reporting, with 34 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong domain experience in Life Sciences / Pharma analytics and reporting.
- Proven experience in direct client engagement, stakeholder management, and executive communication.
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and architect enterprise-scale reporting solutions from the ground up.
- Hands-on expertise in BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or equivalent.
- Experience building and scaling BI teams, delivery frameworks, and governance models.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and enterprise data management frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to bring structure to unstructured business problems and translate them into scalable, solution-driven technical designs and compelling storyboards.
