Capgemini is seeking a Sr Director level executive for Senior Engagement Lead role with end‑to‑end accountability for leading and scaling the Insight & Data (I&D) portfolio for a large CPRD customer, managing a high‑performing organization of 500+ professionals across geographies. The role is responsible for delivery excellence, client partnership, portfolio growth, financial performance, and talent leadership, with a strong mandate to expand the engagement in line with the customer's evolving data, analytics, and AI roadmap.

The candidate should have a builder and pragmatic mindset the firm seeks not only a strong leader who can articulate a vision, but one who can also drive execution of that vision in a very concrete manner that results in tangible business outcomes (bookings, contribution margin, revenue, market recognition).

The role demands a high level of autonomy a strong appetite to drive change and overcome organizational complexity and a high level of drive to build a business from its current strong foundations to a potential billion-scale business.

Additional Responsibilities Include: -

• 25+ years experience with managing a portfolio of 500+ FTE consisting of varied Data Engineering, Analytics and AI technologies (preferably with Google or Azure Data stack).
• Extensive experience with E2E program management with managing engagements in various pricing models.
• Experience with managing delivery for multiple programs within the portfolio with PMs/SMs reporting under him/her/them.
• Demonstratable experience of managing customer relationships at a senior level with proven track record of managing customer expectations effectively, ensuring business partners stays engaged yet controlling scope.
• Strong passion and background of I&D technologies and experience on managing overall delivery for Data integration/Reporting/AI/ML programs.
• Experience in setting up a robust governance model for the portfolio managed.
• Exposure to solutioning and pre-sales activities working with key stakeholders to push for growth opportunities.
• Proactively identifying areas of innovation/automation and value adds to the customer.
• Good people management skills with experience with identifying resource potential, skill gaps, training needs for the future etc. Good mentoring and motivational skills with ability to promote teamwork and develop effective working relationship within and between teams.
• Good communication, and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge about project financials and managing the operational parameters of the engagement.

Primary skills

The incumbent will have 20-25 years of experience with a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales. A Bachelor's degree is required MBA is strongly preferred. Prior experience with leading CPRD engagement will be an added advantage. Experience and expertise with leading and driving Data Engineering, Analytics and AI technologies/platform is a MUST.
