About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Employee Technology Services professional to join us in Chandigarh, supporting our local office and ensuring a seamless technology experience for all employees onsite. This role sits within our Infrastructure team and is focused on providing reliable, hands-on IT support that keeps the office operating efficiently day to day.

This is a highly visible role where consistent onsite presence is essential. You will act as a key point of contact for technical support, working closely with our global teams to resolve issues, maintain systems, and ensure continuity of service. Your work will directly support business operations by minimising downtime and ensuring employees have the tools and support they need to perform effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Provide onsite IT support for all employees, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively
  • Maintain and administer Windows environments, including Active Directory, DNS and endpoint management
  • Support and manage Microsoft 365 services including user administration, access and collaboration tools
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues across the office environment
  • Manage and support device lifecycle including provisioning, configuration and maintenance
  • Collaborate with global technology teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
  • Support implementation and maintenance of security controls including MFA and endpoint policies
  • Assist with automation of routine support tasks and system processes where appropriate
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinate with external vendors when required to resolve infrastructure or hardware issues

What We're Looking For


  • 4+ years experience in internal IT Support in a windows environment
  • Strong experience supporting Windows-based environments in a corporate setting
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange, Teams and Intune
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting tools such as Ping, Tracert and Wireshark
  • Experience managing Active Directory, DNS and identity/access management solutions
  • Familiarity with device management and MDM tools such as Intune
  • Working knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware is beneficial
  • Understanding of security best practices including MFA and endpoint hardening
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced onsite environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users
  • A proactive and dependable approach, with a strong sense of ownership for onsite technology support
