YOUR JOB

We are looking for a Senior EMC Simulation Engineer to join our growing EMC Simulation team in Bangalore. In this role, you will support the development and deployment of advanced EMI/EMC and RF simulation methodologies that directly influence product design, validation strategies, and certification approaches across Molex's global business.

You will work with cutting-edge simulation tools, collaborate closely with global test laboratories and design teams, and play a key role in expanding simulation-driven design practices to support next-generation technologies, including AI infrastructure, automotive and industrial electronics, and advanced interconnect solutions.

OUR TEAM

  • Member of a specialized and collaborative EMC Simulation Team focused on improving validation and correlation of simulation models
  • Close collaboration with EMC Test Engineers to improve test fidelity within models resulting in improved simulation accuracy
  • Part of the Global EMC Team with advanced test facilities in the USA and Germany
  • Based in Bangalore serving as a center of excellence for EMC simulation
  • Utilization of near-field and far-field measurements to accelerate design insights

What You Will Do


  • Develop and deploy EMI/EMC and RF simulation methodologies
  • Support electronics and connector systems across all Molex Business Units
  • Correlate simulation models with physical EMC test data
  • Mentor Associate and early-career engineers
  • Collaborate with design teams to establish EMC-aware design best practices
  • Support Global EMC roadmap for simulation-based certification
  • Identify opportunities for EMC simulation to improve product robustness and development efficiency
  • Contribute to documentation, training, and knowledge sharing initiatives

Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Electromagnetics
  • Strong experience with industry-standard EMI/EMC and RF simulation tools
  • Solid understanding of EMC fundamentals including emissions, immunity, grounding, shielding, and filtering
  • Experience working directly with product design teams
  • Ability to communicate EMC concepts to non-EMC engineers

What Will Put You Ahead


  • Experience with CST Studio Suite
  • Proven ability to coach and educate non-EMC engineers
  • Experience working with external customers on EMI/EMC requirements and test strategies
  • Experience correlating near-field and far-field measurement data
  • Exposure to AI hardware, high-speed digital, power electronics, or complex interconnects
  • Experience in a global engineering environment
