Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Embryologist located in Gwalior. In this role, you will perform advanced laboratory procedures related to assisted reproduction, including in vitro fertilization (IVF) and andrology techniques. You will be responsible for performing oocyte retrieval, assessing embryo quality, handling gametes, monitoring embryo development, and cryopreservation of embryos. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with clinicians, ensure compliance with laboratory protocols, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong laboratory skills, including precision handling of biological samples and familiarity with lab equipment.
- Expertise in In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and Assisted Reproduction techniques.
- Knowledge and experience in andrology, including sperm preparation, analysis, and cryopreservation.
- Medical or clinical background in the field of reproductive health is highly preferred.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest clinical standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment and demonstrate ethical clinical practice.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Clinical Embryology, Life Sciences, or a related field. Certifications in assisted reproductive technology are a plus.
