Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for a Senior Embroidery Digitizer. The Senior Embroidery Digitizer will be responsible for designing and creating high-quality embroidery digitized files, ensuring the designs meet both client expectations and production standards. Responsibilities include analyzing artwork, selecting quality stitches, troubleshooting design issues, collaborating with other teams, and ensuring timely project completion. The candidate will oversee quality control and provide expertise in advanced embroidery techniques.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Embroidery Digitizing and usage of digitizing software like Wilcom, Pulse, Melco, Wings, or similar.
• Experience with creating and optimizing designs for embroidery machines, and an understanding of various fabric types and stitching techniques.
• Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail to translate artwork into precise embroidery designs.
• Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot design challenges and resolve issues during digitizing or stitching processes.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members, ensuring design requirements are fully understood and met.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior team members is a plus.
• Prior experience in working with Coloreel technology or similar advanced embroidery technologies is advantageous.
