We're Hiring: Senior Embedded Software Engineer (Full-Time | 6–13 Years Experience)

Must-Have Skills

Strong programming skills in C++ (Core, OOPS, STL, Templates) and Embedded C
Hands-on experience with RTOS, microcontrollers, microprocessors, and interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART)
Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Familiar with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux environments
Exposure to multi-threading, memory management, and performance optimization

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with Python, Rust, Java, or Ada
Exposure to safety-critical systems (ISO 26262, DO-178C)
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize C++/Embedded software solutions across platforms
Collaborate with hardware teams to ensure seamless integration
Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization
Prepare detailed technical documentation and follow industry standards
Participate in code reviews and cross-functional collaborations
