Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Embedded Software Architect / Technical Lead with strong expertise in Embedded C development and end-to-end embedded product engineering. The ideal candidate should possess deep experience in RTOS, Embedded Linux, GUI frameworks, IoT connectivity, and system integration for complex embedded products.

The role involves architecting scalable embedded solutions, leading technical teams, collaborating with cross-functional engineering groups, and driving product development from concept to production.

Candidates with experience in Automotive, Medical, Industrial, Smart Mobility, EV, or AI-enabled embedded platforms will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and develop embedded software using Embedded C/C++

· Architect solutions on RTOS and Embedded Linux platforms

· Develop drivers, middleware, BSPs, and application software

· Work on IoT connectivity, OTA updates, and cloud integration

· Lead hardware-software integration and system debugging

· Mentor engineering teams and conduct technical reviews

· Collaborate with hardware, QA, and project teams for product delivery

Essential Skills:

· Strong expertise in Embedded C/C++

· Hands-on experience with RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, QNX, etc.)

· Experience with ARM Cortex, STM32, NXP, TI, ESP32, or similar platforms

· Knowledge of UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, BLE, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, CAN / CAN FD

· Experience in Embedded GUI frameworks (LVGL, TouchGFX, Qt)

· Strong debugging and optimization skills

Desirable Skills:

· Experience in automotive (ISO 26262), medical (IEC 62304), or industrial safety standards.

· Knowledge of functional safety (FuSa) processes and safety-critical software development.

· Experience with Yocto, Buildroot, or embedded Linux for complex application processors.

· Bootloader and firmware upgrade mechanisms

· Familiarity with hardware security modules (HSM), secure elements, and cybersecurity best practices.

· Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, static analysis tools (Coverity, SonarQube), and test automation frameworks.

· Proven leadership experience, including technical mentoring, project estimation, and roadmap planning.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
