Are you an expert in email deliverability, data hygiene, and Clay We're on the hunt for a Senior Email Marketing Manager who understands how to optimize large-scale outbound and lifecycle email campaigns with clean, validated contact lists.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Build, manage, and scale email campaigns using Clay and other marketing tools
- Validate, clean, and maintain high-quality email lists (no bounces, no spam traps)
- Drive campaign strategy across outbound, nurture, and re-engagement flows
- Monitor inbox placement, domain health, and sender reputation
- Work closely with sales, ops, and growth teams to align messaging and lead quality
- Create SOPs for contact validation and enrichment using Clay and third-party tools
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in U.S.-based email marketing, outreach, or CRM
- Deep understanding of Clay, email enrichment, and list management
- Proven success with cleaning/validating email lists (e.g., ZeroBounce, NeverBounce, etc.)
- Strong grasp of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and deliverability best practices
- Hands-on experience in outbound tools like Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, or similar
- Ability to analyze email metrics and quickly act on trends or issues
Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with DNS, SPF, DKIM, and domain warm-up
- Comfort working in fast-paced, startup environments
- Experience collaborating across RevOps, SDR, and growth teams
