Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Senior Email Deliverability Specialist. The role involves managing and improving email deliverability strategies, mitigating delivery issues, and ensuring compliance with best practices. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring email campaigns, analyzing delivery metrics, optimizing sender reputation, and providing support for clients to enhance their email marketing initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve email deliverability challenges is also a key responsibility.

Qualifications

You Will:

• Be responsible for developing strategies to optimize inboxing across all customer accounts
• Identify email deliverability issues, diagnose their impact, and provide expert recommendations for resolution
• Evaluate and optimize client sending strategies and performance
• Handle weekly or bi-weekly client calls and provide progress updates
• Take care of new client pre-onboarding and post-onboarding processes with respect to deliverability
• Be responsible for building domain and IP reputation and scaling volumes as per client requirements

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in Email Deliverability
• In-depth knowledge of email deliverability best practices, strategies, and email infrastructure
• Experience working with different ESP platforms, spam filters, and ISPs
• Experience with FBLs, Postmaster tools, bounce analysis and Domain/IP warmup process
• A passion for email marketing and the ability to stay up to date with industry trends and advancements
• Working knowledge of MySQL, Linux, and basic coding
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
